GADDNET: A Platform for Connecting Researchers via the Genes and Diseases They Studied and Will Study (2019 - Present)

We built a novel dynamic platform that serves as a powerful pathway for connecting researchers and institutions to research opportunities that help to advance drug discovery, especially in lesser-explored genes. The platform connects multiple datasets to present a powerful and informative network centered around a researcher. The resulting network links the genes that authors have researched to correlated diseases, predicted genes, and other researchers working on the same genes. This one-of-a-kind platform has the potential to dramatically accelerate genetics and drug discovery research.
